Professional Background

I am a Clinical Nutritionist and Exercise Physiologist with over 10 years of experience helping clients achieve lasting health. I have extensive training in applied kinesiology/muscle testing through Autonomic Response Testing, which I integrate into my work to help identify imbalances and guide individualized care. My primary focus is on Biomagnetism—a powerful modality that works with the body’s innate healing ability and complements nutritional and lifestyle strategies to support balance and homeostasis.

My Biomagnetism Story

I’ve struggled with health challenges for as long as I can remember. As a child, I experienced joint pain, and at just 16 years old, I had my gallbladder removed following a life-threatening episode of acute pancreatitis. In my 20s, I faced a combination of digestive issues, anxiety, PCOS, autoimmune symptoms, and relentless fatigue.

My turning point came when I began working with a natural health practitioner who used applied kinesiology, also known as muscle testing. With changes to my diet and the support of high-quality supplements, my health began to shift in a positive direction. Later, I discovered Dr. Klinghardt’s Autonomic Response Testing (ART), which took my healing to a deeper level—specifically by addressing hidden infections like Lyme and strep. ART became a powerful tool in my own healing and eventually in my work with clients.

In 2020, my husband was diagnosed with nasopharyngeal cancer. That experience intensified my commitment to holistic healing and deepened my search for powerful modalities to support the body. It was years later that I was introduced to Biomagnetism by a client—and something immediately resonated. My intuition told me I had to learn more.

After my first session applying magnets to myself, I experienced profound shifts in my energy. When I began using Biomagnetism with my husband, I noticed noticeable improvements in his vitality. Today, I use magnets regularly on myself and my family.

I’ve seen the most remarkable results in my clients—including those with Lyme disease, autism, and chronic illness—many of whom I had already been working with for years. Biomagnetism helped take their healing to a completely new level.

What’s been truly amazing is that I no longer need as many supplements—my body feels more balanced and resilient with the support of Biomagnetism. My nervous system feels regulated. I’m also a mom of three, and Biomagnetism has been a powerful tool in helping me regulate my nervous system—allowing me to be the present, energized, and joyful mother I’ve always wanted to be. I have more patience, more energy with my kids, and genuinely feel happier every day. I truly believe this shift is thanks to the regular application of magnets.

I also understand what it’s like to face deep challenges. My husband was diagnosed with cancer while I was pregnant with our third child. Not long after, I lost my brother, a best friend, and my nephew—all within a single year of my son’s birth. It was an incredibly painful and overwhelming time, and I know firsthand that life can be unpredictable and deeply difficult.

That’s why I believe so strongly in supporting the body and mind with everything we can. When we care for ourselves—physically, emotionally, and energetically—we build the resilience to better navigate life’s most demanding moments. That’s what I want to offer my clients: real, grounded support that meets you where you are, and helps you heal from the inside out.
